Volunteering with the Rappahannock Miracle League is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while enriching your own life in the process.
The RML will use a “Buddy System,” where each player is paired with a volunteer, known as a “Buddy.” Buddies assist players with hitting, running the bases, and providing support as needed while allowing the players to be part of the game.
Coaching with the RML offers a unique and rewarding experience to make a direct impact on the lives of our athletes. As a coach, you’ll help these individuals develop new skills, build confidence, and experience the joy of teamwork in an inclusive and supportive environment.
